Late May and Early June Triathlon Events

The next two weeks is going to be busy filled with multisport activities. Open water swim practice, USAT Sanctioned Aquathlon, Adult and Kids Triathlons!

OPEN WATER SWIMS: If you would like some open water swim practice. Tuesday the 24th @ 6pm at Lake El Reno. Sighting practice.Saturday the 28th @ 7:30am at Lake El Reno. Get the “feel” of race morning swimming on Route 66 Triathlon swim course. If conditions are right and lake traffic low, well even do the Oly swim course. All open water swimming will depend on weather and wind. AQUATHLON: May 31st is Oklahoma’s 1st USAT Sanctioned Splash n Dash (500ms/2mr) at Lake El Reno, Tuesday May 31st at 6:30pm. It’s only $15, but registration goes up Saturday! Would anyone be interested in meeting there Saturday morning for a swim then a 2-3hr ride? I think the route for the children's home ride goes that way and it is very hilly and fun out to Hinton I think.

Tracy, I think Phillip is planning on doing that. I was considering a 7:30am Sat swim, then bike at 8:30.
2012.... it may be ugly, but at least I'll be racing :-)

Right now it looks like Sat @ 7:30am may be my next venture to El Reno swim. Not sure I can slide out Thursday PM.
