The Feed Zone

Postby TriSooner88 » Wed Mar 07, 2012 3:34 pm

Has anyone used "The Feed Zone" cookbook? Everything I have read on it so far sounds good and I have thought about getting it to help lean out my eating a bit more. If anyone has used it, how are the total costs for the recipes? Are they decently priced, or are they more on the expensive side?

I have not, but I have been using the WHOLE FOODS APP and it is amazing and has a huge variety of recipes.

I will definitely check out that app! I have been meaning to go to Whole Foods, but I have yet to make the trek. Maybe I will go there when I go to Red Coyote Running. I am just a little nervous of the price difference for food. I hear a Sunflower Market is coming to Edmond and they have good produce.
