TRI-OKC Activities for the Remainder of March

Register for MIO NOW: In order to have your hoodie size for March In Okarche Du guaranteed, you will need to register by March 14th! Our vendor needs to begin production on them the following day in order to get the hoodies back to us by packet pickup. We'll order plenty of surplus hoodies in the standard sizes, but they will be first-come, first-serve to those who register after the March 14th cutoff.

2 TRI-OKC Group Rides this weekend……
Saturday will be at Lake Draper (west side, 104th St Marina), led by MIO Race Director Beau Lee. Ride leaves at 10AM, meeting at Marina at 9:30. Neutral rollout first 5 miles, then 18mph average. Follows Draper Du route. Bike is 2 loops, or 28 miles. Each rider can make it their call for a single or make extra loops. 5 mile run, or person specific, planned after as the brick.

Sunday will also be at Lake Draper (west side, 104th St Marina), Draper, led by Rt 66 Race Director buzz. Ride leaves at 11AM, meeting at Marina at 10:30. Neutral rollout first 5 miles, then 18mph average. Follows Draper Du route. Each rider can make it their call for a single or make extra loops of this 14 mile clockwise loop course. Strides of March ½ Marathon is taking place at 8am, so here is an opportunity to get a recovery ride after a long run in as well. A transition rack will be set up if you’d like to practice transitions and we’ll be glad to answer any Duathlon setup questions, too.

Tuesday Master Swim continues: TRI-OKC MEMBERS MASTER'S SWIM CLASS (all levels of swim ability) TRI-OKC Master's swim class Tuesdays from 7:00-8:00pm at OUHSC University Health Club pool. $8.00 per visit. Cost gets you access into the facility if you are not a member of OUHSC. Coached by Leah Long. Please bring any swim equipment you may have (for example (pull buoy and kick board).MUST be a 2012 TRI-OKC member,
