Back Guy / Chiro?

Postby tdjme » Wed Apr 04, 2012 8:56 pm

I have a recurring problem of hamstrings geting way too tight (despite tons of stretching), which results in (b) lower back pain / sciatica.

Anyone else have this problem? I've read that ART (Active Release Technique) practitioners (usually a Chiropracter) can address this. Anyone know a good one?

And, has anyone use Stretch U in Nichols Hills? If so, can you recommend someone there?

i use a inversion table. while hanging it relieves the pressure on the spine but also stretches all off your muscles. after 5 min. i fell like a new man.

I use foam roller, inversion table, and other non-impact exercises that focus on lengthening ROM.

I have used Dr. Rob Rowe on the south side. I use a lot of core strengthening exrecises to help with my back pain.
