Swam the course Monday; buoys are set and seem to be accurate in distance. 250 yards out and back. One buoy in between at (maybe ) the halfway point. Bike course: make sure and slow down for the (4) low-water crossings. The first 2 aren't too rough, but the 3rd and 4th are dandies! Even though the 3rd and 4th have some new asphalt on the lead-in and exit to the crossing, don't be fooled. The meat of the crossing is still VERY rough. The run course is still the same  Watch for loose rocks and the very few trail markers that are there. Also, if you enter Ft. Sill from Apache Gate (just past Love's) the speed limit for the 7 miles to LETRA is 35 MPH with no passing. They will ticket for speeding and seat belts. I hope to see lots of Tri-OKCers on Saturday :)
